Travel Desk Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

A) Logistics Arrangements (Accommodation, Vehicle Arrangements), Giveaways for Customers.

B) Coordination with Canteen for Special Lunch Arrangements for external and internal customers. C) Conference Room Management

D) Coordination with Event Agency for set-up.

E) Pool Car Management

F) Adherence of basic hygiene required for female washrooms.

G) Compliance & Documentation

H) Support Admin Manager in Maintaining vendor compliance documents

I) Support internal and external audits related to cab booking and travel desk operations

J) Hotel and Conference Room Booking for Pune site

K) Preparing and verifying VISA Covering Letter & Invitation letter

L) Co-ordinate for monthly birthday celebrations

M) COCP SIM car management

N) Security gate entry

O) EXPAT visits

P) Maintaining MIS

Special comments:

Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Travel Desk Management, VIP visits handling etc...

Candidate should be ready to work after office hours in case of emergency travel request and cab bookings.
