Key Responsibilities - Driver Excellency

1. Conduct rigorous on-road driving tests to evaluate the technical skills, safety awareness, and navigational abilities of applicants.

2. Conduct comprehensive onboarding training covering company policies, Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), and behavioral expectations.

3. Educate drivers on the mobile app interface, GPS navigation, and troubleshooting common technical issues.

4. Conduct "Earnings Excellence" modules—teaching drivers how to read heat maps, understand incentive structures, and manage their daily targets.

5. Monitor driver ratings and feedback; provide "refresher training" for those falling below quality thresholds.
