Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in the Advertising and Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Advertising, Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Client Servicing roles

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and stakeholders

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional

• Mandatory experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or Agency hiring

• Strong understanding of roles such as Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, B2B Sales, and Account Management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
