We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Technical Recruiter with 1–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of technical roles, and the ability to engage and close candidates effectively.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various technical positions.
Use multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening, assess communication skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, follow up with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth process flow.
Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring requirements and future hiring needs.
Drive offer negotiation, explain compensation structures, and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and relevant documentation.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changing market dynamics in IT recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment (contract or permanent staffing).
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, software development roles, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Angular, SAP, Salesforce, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems.
Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience in IT staffing, IT consulting, or recruitment agencies.
Good understanding of full-stack roles, ERP roles (SAP, Dynamics), cloud & data engineering roles.
Strong networking and relationship-building capability.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.
