Job Title: Management Trainee –
Human Resources Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our Human Resources team.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow across various HR functions, with the potential to take on future HR Business Partner responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support HR operations and business partnering activities.
● Manage and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets.
● Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
● Coordinate with different teams for smooth execution of HR initiatives.
● Contribute to employee engagement and other HR projects.
● Open to travel as and when required.
Requirements:
● 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (internship or full-time).
● Strong in Excel/Google Sheets.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Solution-oriented and proactive approach.
● Qualification: B.Tech/MBA or Graduate + MBA.
