Build strong candidate relationships for future hiring needs.

Achieve monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.

Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
