We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Manage attendance records and employee engagement activities.
Assist in HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
