✅ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
✅ Resume screening & candidate shortlisting experience
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Knowledge of recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
✅ Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
