About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage Pan-India field hiring and blue-collar recruitment for Rebel Foods.

The person will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of frontline talent and driving hiring closures across different locations in India.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Pan-India blue-collar / frontline hiring requirements.

• Understand manpower requirements from business and operations teams.

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, local networks and other sourcing channels.

• Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions.

• Coordinate interviews and drive candidates through the recruitment process.

• Maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing field hiring requirements.

• Drive recruitment closures within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders across locations.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring trackers.

• Build and maintain local talent pools for recurring blue-collar requirements.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
  

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

• Strong experience in blue-collar / frontline / field hiring.

• Experience managing high-volume hiring would be preferred.

• Comfortable handling Pan-India recruitment requirements.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong follow-up and closure orientation.

• Candidates based in West Bengal, Assam or Odisha are preferred.
  

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
