Role: US IT Recruiter

Location : Noida Sector 63

Shift Hour : Night Shift (7:30PM-4:30 AM)

Duration : Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities

● Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the

US.

● Develop action plans to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and

networking websites.

● Responsible for handling different types of IT and Non IT requirements.

● Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and

placement.

● To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed

with operations and other key stakeholders.

● There will be a training period of 3months from the joining date in which the

fresher’s will get INR 14K (monthly in hand). Post-training, the salary will be

₹16,000 per month, which will further increase to ₹18,000 after nine months from the

date of joining, based on performance.
