Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy team and handle bulk hiring for BPO/Call Centre profiles.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the ability to work with daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring for BPO and Call Centre positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and interviews.

• Explain job roles, salary, location, and interview process to candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment records.

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Ensure quality and relevant candidate submissions.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to complete bulk hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred.

• Experience in BPO/Call Centre bulk hiring will be preferred.

• Candidates from recruitment consultancy/staffing agencies are preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.

• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
