Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WTF Gyms, you will own end-to-end recruitment for our corporate and club-level roles. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in scaling our team with top fitness, sales, operations, and support talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for roles across departments including trainers, sales executives, club managers, marketing, and corporate functions

- Sourcing Strategy: Use LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, employee referrals, campus drives, and fitness networks to build strong talent pipelines

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success profiles, and advise on market talent availability

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging hiring process that reflects WTF Gyms’ energetic brand

- Employer Branding: Represent WTF Gyms at hiring events, fitness expos, and on social media to attract top talent

- Offer Management: Drive negotiations, compensation benchmarking, and closing in competitive timelines

- HR Analytics: Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate to improve processes

Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in retail, fitness, hospitality, or startup environments

- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, Boolean search, ATS experience, and excellent communication

- Knowledge: Understanding of high-volume hiring and niche role hiring for fitness/operations profiles is a plus

- Mindset: Self-starter with hustle, able to work in a fast-paced growth environment

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
