Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and employee engagement skills
Payroll, attendance, and HR operations knowledge
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role (preferred)
