Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

• Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management

• Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation

• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Support performance management and appraisal processes

• Coordinate training and development initiatives

• Maintain HRMIS and employee records accurately

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

• Recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding expertise

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Conflict resolution and employee engagement skills

• Payroll, attendance, and HR operations knowledge

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role (preferred)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
