We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Gmware to manage the operations process for the organization. The tasks include Payroll management, Admin management, Attendance & leave management, onboarding, offboarding, background verification, documentation etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead smooth end-to-end onboarding & orientation.

• Resolve employee queries and support a healthy work environment.

• Assist in performance management (goal-setting, reviews, appraisals).

• Maintain HR documentation & compliance with labor laws.

• Support training, development & engagement initiatives.

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

• Manage HR databases and prepare reports for audits and leadership.

  Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Min. 2 years of HR experience.

• Strong understanding of HR laws & best practices.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• High confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
