Role & responsibilities
Preparing Payroll and Salary Sheets for PAN India sites
- Statutory Compliance (ESIC, EPF, PT, LWF) ; Bonus and Gratuity Calculation
- Managing Pay Slips and PF & ESIC Returns
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in handling audits and maintaining all necessary documentation for legal compliance.
-Audit Support:
Provide assistance during internal and external audits by preparing necessary payroll reports and documentation.
- Compensation and Benefits:- Assist with the administration of employee benefits including
Insurance /WC Policy. Workers compensation claims
-Advanced Excel Skills
- Employee Relations : - Handling employee grievances
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee details, salary structure, and tax deductions. Keep track of updated employee information.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes. File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies. Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
