About the Role
Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR process improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, preferably within the Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower needs.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary/HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and HR interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, recruitment reports, and hiring MIS
