Key Responsibilities
END to END Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find suitable profiles
Post job openings and keep listings updated across platforms
Conduct initial phone/video screening interviews
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Share feedback and track hiring progress
Database & Reporting
Maintain candidate data in ATS or Excel trackers
Build and manage talent pipelines for future requirements
Compliance & HR Support
Maintain employee and candidate documentation as per statutory requirements
Support onboarding documentation (offer letters, NDAs, ID proofs, joining formalities)
Track basic HR records such as attendance and document completeness
Coordinate PF/UAN details, background verification documents, and compliance checklists
Ensure HR records are organized and audit-ready
Onboarding
Assist in smooth joining and induction of selected candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–8 years experience in recruitment/HR (internship acceptable)
Knowledge of job portals and ATS preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Detail-oriented with positive learning attitude
