HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Coordinate with site managers for manpower requirements

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation

• Conduct induction for new employees

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor employee attendance through biometric systems

• Maintain and update muster rolls and attendance records

• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing

• Handle leave records and discrepancies

3. Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain employee personal files and HR database

• Ensure proper documentation (Aadhar card, PAN card, etc.)

• Update employee records regularly

4. Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and concerns

• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies

• Support employee engagement activities

5. Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws

• Maintain statutory records and registers

• Assist in audits and inspections

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with site managers for HR-related activities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports

• Share updates with management
