Role Description

Job Summary:

We seek an individual to manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will enhance our employer brand and ensure we hire the best talent.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and screen candidates via online channels.

• Conduct interviews and manage offer communication.

• Support onboarding and other HR tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in HR (preferred).

• Proven experience in recruitment.

• Proficiency in social media and job boards.

• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
