Role Description

Job Summary:

We seek an individual to manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will enhance our employer brand and ensure we hire the best talent.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates via online channels.
Conduct interviews and manage offer communication.
Support onboarding and other HR tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in HR (preferred).
