Job Description – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism records.

• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.

• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and timely hiring.

• Prepare joining documents, appointment letters, employee ID cards, and other HR documentation.

• Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

• Assist in payroll-related activities by providing accurate attendance and leave data.

• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain proper records of employee movements, resignations, and exit formalities.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Attendance & Leave Management and Recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to maintain confidential employee information.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
