Job Title: Senior People & Culture Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Senior People & Culture Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, with the ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle while contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture. Candidates with prior exposure to the Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing industry will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, sales, and marketing roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical and management interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

• Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and offboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases with complete accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and Full & Final settlements.

• Draft HR letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and other employee-related documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, rewards & recognition, and culture-building activities.

• Handle employee queries and foster a positive employee experience.

• Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1.5+ years of experience in HR, with hands-on exposure to both Recruitment and HR Operations.

• Experience in the Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, AdTech, or MarTech industry will be a strong advantage.
