Responsibilities:

• Generate domestic business leads through calls, emails & field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian clients & companies.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations & service presentations.
• Represent the company during client meetings and recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skill.
• Presentable, confident & good client-handling skills.
• Experience in BDE/tele-calling/recruitment preferred.
• Strong negotiation & follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage field visits and meet deadlines.
