Recruitment Specialist

Subcontractor Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding. Source candidates through multiple channels (Job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, direct sourcing)- Screen profiles against JD, skill requirements, grade, location, and budget alignment. Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback closure. Ensure adherence to interview governance (assessor eligibility, duplicate prevention, mandatory feedback). Drive offer rollout, approvals, and documentation as per BSL approval matrix. Work closely with business stakeholders, TSC Leads, vendors, and onboarding teams. Maintain accurate data updates in ATS (SuccessFactors) and ensure audit readiness. Track ageing, closures, and pipeline health for assigned demands. Strong in candidate database management - ATS and Excel Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of IT skills hiring and niche/volume fulfillment. Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred). Stakeholder and vendor management skills. Data accuracy, process orientation, and compliance mindset. Good communication, follow‑ups, and closure ownership. Experience Level Mid Level
