Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring needs through consultations and develop tailored sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit (skills, culture, qualifications), and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Keep Candidate and interview records updated in the system
- Negotiate offers, salaries, and terms; facilitate onboarding; and follow up on placements while maintaining candidate and client databases.
- Build long-term client relationships, track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and meet hiring targets.
Requirement
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment preferred
- Proven recruitment experience with proficiency in any recruitment software, sourcing tools, and candidate databases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; business acumen for market trends.
- Organizational ability to handle multiple requisitions
