Hiring: Online Development & Recruitment Executive

Location: India | Work From Home / Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time | Company Employee

Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Day Off

Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day (Including 1-Hour Break)

Salary & Incentives

- Monthly Salary: ₹27,000

- Attendance Bonus: ₹3,000 per month

- Monthly Target: 6 Active Onboardings

- Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 for every successful onboarding above the monthly target

- No Upper Limit on Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with genuine field agents and product promoters through online channels.

- Manage online recruitment, outreach, and agent onboarding activities.

- Develop and maintain a strong network across relevant social media platforms and online communities.

- Conduct regular promotional activities, recruitment campaigns, and digital outreach.

- Generate and follow up on leads through social media and other online channels.

- Build professional relationships with potential agents and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Explore new digital platforms and methods to improve lead generation and recruitment.

- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects and active agents.

- Achieve monthly onboarding and performance targets.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Hindi – strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must have a Windows computer/laptop and smartphone.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in online recruitment, social media marketing, digital outreach, business development, or a related field.

- Strong online networking and lead-generation skills.

- Ability to independently manage tasks and work effectively in a remote environment.

- Stable internet connection and reliable power backup.

- Quiet and suitable workspace for professional communication.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible approach to work.
