About the Role

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, Call candidates, social media, and referrals

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for domestic and international roles

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with HR Manager and department

• Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly

• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements

🎯 Who Can Apply

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment

• Strong communication skills (English is a must)

• Passion for recruitment and interacting with people

• Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn is an advantage
