Responsibilities

• Post job openings on different platforms.

• Source and screen potential candidates.

• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate from any stream.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Email.

• Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.

• Own laptop and stable internet connection.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
