Role Overview

The HR Intern – Recruitment will support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, documentation, and on-boarding support. This role offers practical exposure to real-time hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in sourcing and screening resumes as per job requirements

·         Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers

·         Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS

·         Communicate interview details, feedback status, and joining updates to candidates

·         Support on-boarding documentation and joining formalities

·         Follow recruitment SOPs and timelines

Eligibility

·         Graduate / Postgraduate student in HR, Management, or related field

·         Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

·         Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

·         Good communication and coordination skills

Internship Conversion

Based on performance, learning attitude, and business requirements, the internship may lead to full-time employment or extended engagement.

Reporting To: HR Manager
