Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily operations related to repair, maintenance, and vendor coordination. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end service processes and ensuring timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors (plumber, electrician, carpenter, AC technician, painter, etc.)
Create job cards, quotations, and invoices
Manage end-to-end service process from assignment to final completion
Follow up with clients and ensure timely work completion
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Track expenses and manage basic budgeting
Ensure client satisfaction and collect completion reports
Skills Required
Good communication skills
Strong coordination & follow-up ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
Negotiation skills with vendors
Problem-solving attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Responsible and detail-oriented
Ready to work in field & office both (if required)
