Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

• Ensure a smooth joining process for selected candidates.

• Good understanding of recruitment methods and selection processes.

• Time management and multitasking abilities.

• Basic HR knowledge (offer letter, salary breakup, onboarding).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can also apply depending on company needs).
