Job Description for Recruitment Executive

Kaar Quest is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our team, and lead recruiting

priorities and end to end recruitment service delivery. They will source, screen, assess,

interview, and lead the offer process to acquire the best quality candidates effectively and

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end to end recruitment activities - Starting from job posting, talent sourcing, pre

screening, assessment, interview, offer management and on boarding process for the

assigned hiring requisition alongside ensuring best in class candidate

 Handle stakeholder relationships and drive the recruitment processes, which includes

talent branding, sourcing strategies and overall recruitment related responsibilities

 Understand business, hiring leaders needs and delivering value by crafting right solutions

 Execute sourcing strategy and talent pipe lining for hiring across all levels to source top

talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and Employee Referral Program

& Internal job posts

 Build proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positions

 Provides recruitment support for senior level roles

 Provides guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills / talent in the

market/competition and salary offers.

 To use effectively Job portals like Naukri/ Shine/Monster and others to get the best return

on Investments.

About You as Recruitment Executive

 You should be absolutely passionate about your job

 You should be peoples person and love talking to people

 You should have excellent reading and listening skills

 You should be interested in Voice process as most of the day goes on calls

 Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills

 You should have understanding of Payroll structure

 You should have Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of

assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.

 Should be a multitask and open to learn
