We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT / Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, managing end-to-end recruitment, and achieving monthly submission and offer targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve monthly submission, interview, and offer closure targets.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure quick turnaround time for closures.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as:
Naukri
Monster India
Indeed
Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and ATS tools.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience working with domestic or US recruitment is an added advantage.
