Job Title: Recruiter (Work From Home)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Source suitable candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, JobHai, and personal references.
Understand client requirements and prepare candidate profiles accordingly.
Conduct initial screening interviews via Google Meet.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients for updates and feedback.
Generate interview IDs and update recruitment tickets regularly.
Ensure daily updates in CRM (Deskera & Frejun) and MIS.
Upload call recordings and voice notes in the designated WhatsApp group.
Follow up with clients for feedback and payment related to recruitment services.
Aend daily team meetings and complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Any other assigned work by team Leader or reporting manager.
Payout Structure
Base Payout: ₹25,000 per month (inclusive of all allowances).
Target: ₹1,00,000 monthly business realization.
Incentive: 25% incentive on collections above ₹1,00,000.
If the monthly target is not achieved, the payout will be proportionate the achieved collection.
Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
