Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g., drivers, delivery staff, warehouse workers, technicians).
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment activities.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support onboarding logistics and documentation for selected candidates.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
