Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.

• Follow up on offers, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.

• Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and hiring tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
