Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter – Delivery Operations who will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing delivery boys/executives across different locations as per business requirements.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment through online job portals, candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, attendance/work tracking, and payout management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Delivery Boys / Delivery Executives through job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, references, and other channels.

• Understand manpower requirements and arrange delivery staff according to location-wise requirements.

• Screen candidates through calls and interviews and verify their basic eligibility and documents.

• Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process for selected delivery executives.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruited and deployed delivery boys.

• Coordinate with operations teams regarding daily manpower requirements and deployment.

• Track the daily attendance, working status, deployment, and performance of delivery executives.

• Collect and maintain daily work reports from all deployed delivery boys.

• Follow up with absent, inactive, or underperforming delivery executives.

• Maintain employee records, joining documents, attendance, working days, and payout details.

• Prepare and coordinate salary, incentives, and payout calculations based on attendance/work reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of delivery boys' salaries and payouts.

• Handle employee queries related to attendance, salary, incentives, and payouts.

• Maintain location-wise manpower and payout reports.

• Coordinate with management/accounts/operations for payroll and payout processing.

• Support retention and replacement hiring whenever delivery staff leave or become inactive.

• Prepare regular daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and manpower reports for management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring through job portals.

• Experience in bulk hiring / field staff recruitment will be preferred.

• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Ability to maintain recruitment, attendance, deployment, and payout records.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple locations and candidates simultaneously.

• Good understanding of salary, attendance, incentive, and payout calculations.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Delivery, Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, Field Sales, or Manpower Recruitment will be preferred.
