Position: Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (In-hand)
Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout (Onsite)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (BPO, BFSI, Sales, Operations, Support roles, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
Maintain candidate pipeline and daily tracker reports
Ensure target-based closures within defined TAT
Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
Maintain recruitment MIS and documentation
Build strong candidate relationships for future hiring
Strong experience in Non-IT bulk and lateral hiring
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on targets and in fast-paced environments
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
