Position: Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (In-hand)
Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout (Onsite)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (BPO, BFSI, Sales, Operations, Support roles, etc.)

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers

• Maintain candidate pipeline and daily tracker reports

• Ensure target-based closures within defined TAT

• Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment MIS and documentation

• Build strong candidate relationships for future hiring

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Non-IT bulk and lateral hiring

• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on targets and in fast-paced environments

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
