SuperSeva Global Services is looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred.

🔹 Role Overview:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

·       Source and screen candidates through job portals and professional networks.

·       Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.

·       Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

·       Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

·       Support joining and onboarding processes.

🔹 Requirements:

·       Graduate in any discipline.

·       Experience of 2 – 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

·       Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.

·       Immediate availability is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
