Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manpower/Staffing Executive to manage recruitment and workforce deployment for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Maintain a database of candidates and job openings
Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Handle documentation and compliance for hiring processes
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass
0-1 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (freshers are must welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
