The ideal candidate should understand sales-driven education environments and be capable of hiring candidates with strong communication and conversion skills.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ End-to-End Recruitment
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for:
Academic Counselors
Admission Executives
Tele-callers
Marketing & Support Staff
Post job openings on Naukri, Indeed, Apna & other platforms
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate final rounds with management
2️⃣ Sales & Counseling Hiring
Assess candidate’s communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi preferred)
Evaluate persuasion, objection handling & lead conversion ability
Ensure hiring of candidates suitable for target-based admission environment
3️⃣ Hiring Targets & Pipeline Management
Maintain consistent pipeline of counselor profiles
Ensure timely hiring to support monthly admission targets
Reduce attrition by selecting culturally fit candidates
4️⃣ Onboarding & Documentation
Coordinate joining formalities
Maintain recruitment database
Support induction and initial performance tracking
👤 Candidate Profile
Experience in hiring for:
Education consultancy
EdTech companies
Tele-sales / Admission teams
Strong understanding of sales-based recruitment
Good screening and evaluation skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring when required
Immediate joiners preferred
