Key Responsibilities
· Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
· Connect with candidates via calls or messages to assess interest and availability
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates
· Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and next steps
· Support job postings and basic recruitment marketing activities
· Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
