Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be skilled at sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining/onboarding process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on hiring trends, market salaries, and sourcing techniques.
