Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Review applications, maintain candidate records, and assist with initial screening against role requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support recruiters with follow-ups, recruitment trackers, database updates, and status reporting.
Help improve sourcing quality and contribute to a smooth, timely candidate experience.
Requirements
0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, coordination, or a related area; freshers are welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and responsive approach.
Good organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online research, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently from home while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
