We are currently looking for a Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT hiring to join our team.
Position: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT Hiring)
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Remote (India)
Work Days: 5 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
