Job Description

Position: Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Work Mode: Hybrid
Eligibility: Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply
Experience: Freshers and experienced (not more than 1 year) candidates are welcome
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
Ensure timely coordination throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
