As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone passionate about building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability for open roles.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking data and candidate pipelines.

• Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters, collecting pre-onboarding documents, and organizing orientation for new joins.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive interview experience for all candidates.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

• Soft Skills: Good time management, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
