Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal referrals.

• Screening: Review resumes and lead initial phone or video interviews.

• Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and track progress in the applicant tracking system.

• Closing: Manage job offers, negotiate pay rates, and oversee basic onboarding steps.
  Requirements and Skills
  
  Experience: 1 to 3 years working in human resources or talent acquisition.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Communication: Strong verbal and writing skills to talk with applicants and team leads.

• Organization: Ability to handle many open jobs at the same time and keep clean records
