Job Title: HR Recruiter – Delivery & Picker/Packer Hiring

Location: Multiple Locations (Nearby Areas)

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

We are hiring HR Recruiters for bulk hiring of Delivery Executives and Picker/Packer roles for leading Quick Commerce & Logistics companies.

Responsibilities:

Bulk hiring for:
- Delivery Executives (Bike Riders)
- Picker / Packer (Warehouse / Dark Store)
Sourcing candidates from:
- Job Hai, WorkIndia, Indeed
- Field sourcing & local areas
- References & vendor support
Daily calling, screening & interview coordination
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
Conduct walk-in drives & hiring camps
Ensure candidate joining & onboarding
Maintain daily hiring tracker

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
Good communication & convincing skills
Ability to work on targets & deadlines
Basic knowledge of job portals like Job Hai, WorkIndia, Indeed

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
