• Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs are eligible
• 0–6 months of experience

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
• Source candidates via job portals and professional networks
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
• Handle job postings and outreach strategies
