We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various technical roles. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IT technologies, recruitment strategies, and experience using job portals and social networking sites for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer rollout.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate technical resumes.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
